Lee is a member of the Board of the TRG, Editor of its journal, Reformer, and Chair of TRG Wales.
Professionally, Lee currently works in Whitehall.
Previous experience includes working for the Conservative Party at Conservative Central Office for the 2002 Party Conference, the 2003 Welsh National Assembly Election and the 2005 General Election. Lee was also a Political Researcher for a Member of the National Assembly for Wales and has worked in the Home Office's Private Office, the Mayor of London's Office and the House of Lords.
He is a member of both the Gower Conservative Association and the Bermondsey and Old Southwark Conservative Association. A graduate of the University of Exeter, Lee lives in London and is originally from Swansea, South Wales.
